Activating minds. Advancing society.

OUR VISION
Amid the recent surge in media coverage about dementia, the importance of prevention has been increasingly emphasized.
We believe that by understanding the condition of the brain early on and taking measures tailored to each individual, it is possible to prevent dementia and lead a fulfilling, healthy life.
Our mission is to help maintain and activate healthy brain function for as many people as possible, thereby contributing to the revitalization of society as a whole.
The logo of the Research Institute of Brain Activation depicts a lateral view of the human brain, drawn with a single, continuous line. It represents the continuous circulation of blood and the flow of thought throughout the brain, symbolizing continuous vitality and activation. The chosen corporate color expresses vitality, proactivity, and intelligence.

Understanding your brain's condition while it is healthy is crucial for dementia prevention measures like exercise.
Cognitive function naturally declines with age.
However, if this decline occurs rapidly rather than gradually as part of the normal aging process, it requires attention.
At this stage, neither the individual nor those around them may notice any changes, but if left unaddressed, the risk of developing dementia increases significantly.
Are these memory lapses just a normal part of aging?
Our “Brain Assessment” is designed to detect potential cognitive decline through regular testing, enabling proactive dementia prevention and early risk management.
This assessment can identify changes at an earlier stage than conventional tests for mild cognitive impairment (MCI).
-
Brain Assessment (Periodic Brain Age Assessment)
This is a test designed to regularly measure brain function in individuals aged 25 to 90.
It assesses abilities such as memory and spatial awareness, allowing you to compare your results with those of others in the same age group and to know your brain’s “functional age”.
By taking the test periodically, you can also monitor potential declines in cognitive function over time. -
Medical Evidence for the Brain Assessment
The result is calculated based on the data of 5740 test-takers. This is an evidence-based assessment that has been published in international medical journals.

Examples of Utilizing the Brain Assessment
We offer a service that provides IDs and passwords for taking the Brain Assessment (Periodic Brain Age Assessment) and delivers the results in digital form.
It is widely used by medical institutions, university research centers, and CROs for clinical trials, research projects, and as an integrated feature for various products.
-
As part of services for the elderly
The Brain Assessment can be included as an added benefit to enhance a variety of senior services, including cultural programs, digital workshops, fitness activities, health management, and health insurance plans.
-
As part of supplement and food product sales promotion
Foods and supplements considered beneficial for the brain often have effects that are difficult to perceive. Since brain activity cannot be seen and is hard to feel directly, it’s not easy for people to sense the benefits. By taking a brain assessment before and after consumption, users can have an opportunity to experience and confirm the effects.
In addition, because the brain assessment can be taken easily at home, anytime and anywhere, it can be conveniently offered as an accompanying tool for supplements or similar products. -
As part of managing the cognitive health of senior employees
In recent years around the world, as the workforce age has been extending significantly, it is becoming increasingly important in the workplace to check not only physical health but also cognitive functions such as memory and thinking.
We offer an annual brain health check to help ensure there has been no decline from the previous year and that there are no issues affecting job performance.
